Split real estate
UX Design
UI Design
Real estate is often seen as inaccessible — with high entry costs, and complicated processes locking out everyday investors. The challenge for me as a designer was: How to create a landing page that feels modern, credible, and approachable while explaining fractional ownership in a simple way?
I designed a clean, contemporary landing page for Split that communicates accessibility and trust at every step:
Hero section with a clear headline: “Invest in real estate, one fraction at a time.”
Property highlights showcasing investment opportunities with key details (price, size, availability).
Feature breakdowns (streamlined listings, accessible ownership, hassle-free transactions, transparent fees).
FAQ section to address common investor concerns directly.

Designed the UI of the Split landing page, translating a complex concept (fractional investing) into something clear and approachable.
Created visual storytelling through property showcases that made investments feel tangible.
Defined a design system that balanced credibility with accessibility — helping Split position itself as a modern, user-first real estate platform.
Currently working on the web application dashboard, where users can seamlessly interact with property listings and connect with owners
I explored the landscape of real estate investment platforms to see how competitors communicate trust and usability.
Cluttered pages, jargon-heavy explanations, poor mobile experiences.
Clear value propositions, engaging property showcases, transparent pricing, and a design system that feels modern yet trustworthy.
Investors wanted clarity around fractional ownership.
Property owners wanted ease of listing.
Both needed reassurance through transparency and credibility.
Analyzed user expectations and competitor patterns to identify gaps in clarity and trust.
Created layouts that prioritized hierarchy (value proposition first, then property showcases, then FAQs).
Focused on a modern, minimal UI with strong typography, generous white space, and simple iconography to reinforce transparency.
Conducted internal reviews for readability and clarity. Feedback confirmed the need for more prominent FAQs and trust markers, which were incorporated into the final design.
